The core selection is high-quality cassava blocks imported from Southeast Asia. This region has a tropical climate with abundant sunlight and precipitation, which can cultivate cassava raw materials with high starch content and uniform fiber structure, ensuring the stable quality of the finished granules.
The production process is designed around three key procedures of "eliminating impurities and eliminating risks" to comprehensively eliminate potential safety hazards in raw materials.
After mechanical crushing (grinding cassava chunks into fine powder), they are processed into granules with a diameter of 6mm by a dedicated granulator, which can save storage space. Meanwhile, the particle hardness is moderate, and it is not easy to break during handling and transportation, reducing the loss rate.
